Security patrols the property two times during the day and two times in the evening
General maintenance services are provided by our engineering and maintenance staff. Please enter your requests in the work order website. This is an online tenant service request, administrative and messaging system. Building standard services include, but are not limited to replacing lights, hot or cold air issues/requests, lock replacements, access FOBs, and minor plumbing. You may enter your service request 24/7 and the building staff will respond in a timely manner. Some services may be billable depending on the work required and material(s) used. For work that can be performed by building engineer/maintenance staff, management will ask the tenant's authorized representative to approve the estimated billable charges prior to scheduling work.
